The entire Billy Bob’s franchise team is dedicated to supporting you, most of us have been where you are now, we know what it takes to get from there to up and running and making good returns and we’re just as enthusiastic as you to see your venture succeed. At every step we’ll be by your side with the same commitment as you to ensuring your Billy Bob’s thrives.

Design and Construction

A visit to Billy Bob’s is an American experience both inside and out. Everything about Billy Bob’s is better, different and exciting from the start, including the architecture. We’ll help with site selection, architecture, construction support, restaurant design and decor and equipment purchasing.

Training

Training and development is a crucial part in a building a successful business in any industry. We provide a total of 51 weeks of initial training for your team. Then support you with ongoing skills development sessions.

Once you are up and running

You’ll have continuing guidance, consultation and support. Advice and help is always just a phone call away.

Ongoing support includes:

  • Scheduled visits from your franchise consultant
  • In-service training/re-training of your staff
  • Central marketing development and support
  • Central management of web development and social media
  • Support (through third parties) your IT and EPOS systems

And, we continually develop our concept, products, services, menus, recipes, suppliers and the Billy Bob’s retail offering.
